Bid manager

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Bid Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process across multiple sectors and frameworks. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring high-quality submissions, effective resource planning, and continuous improvement of bid processes and systems. This role would be ideal for either a Senior Bid Coordinator ready to step up into a Bid Manager position, or a Bid Manager with 2–3 years’ experience seeking to contribute to the growth and maturity of our bid function.
