Two Arke consultants, Charlotte and Andy, have both recently passed their MSP Practitioner exams. MSP, which stands for Managing Successful Programmes, is a framework that represents best practice methods to deliver transformational change. The framework advocates the use of strong governance principles with clear direction and planning, and the management of risk, benefit and stakeholder engagement.
Since completing their qualifications, Charlotte and Andy have used their knowledge and expertise to assist decision makers on a range of MoD programmes, including work within the land environment looking at potential soldier architecture solutions, and to assess the costs and operational benefits of various inlet protection methods to mitigate against sand and dust ingress on rotorcraft.
