The UNION WLC model provides a structured process implemented through 15 screens. By this means both novice and experienced clients can be confident that they have satisfied and documented all technical, financial and programme assumptions together with risks for any project.

The model is scalable and designed to capture these requirements for any item from a complete platform down to a piece part.

Additional features of the model include the ability to isolate individual cost elements to a project phase, determine the financial and economic conditions and identify budget holders and DLOD (Defence Line Of Development) owners.
