The TITAN knowledgebase has been developed to provide rapid user access to fully auditable historical cost estimates.

It currently contains over 2,000 whole life cost records. A significant feature of TITAN is that it provides the economic conditions under which estimates were developed, thus the provenance of each estimate is visible. The range of information stored on the system includes all life cycle cost elements, captured as three point estimates, together with their associated assumptions and sources.
