This current prototype provides a mechanism that combines project planning and budgeting into one single automated method. At the core of the tool are a set of Critical Path Analysis (CPA) algorithms that bring together real-time project planning, costing, resourcing, risk management and an extensive ‘what-if’ capability.

The model is customised and populated for each individual customer challenge, is entirely scalable and versatile with application from small research or manufacturing projects to full scale platform procurements.
